Power breakfast is the name of the game here. It’s the first meal of the day and most important. Many people actually make breakfast the biggest meal of the day, to set up their day for success. You’ll stay full longer all throughout the morning until it’s time for your second meal.

This brand is my absolute favorite. I drink the stuff daily and feel so good. Try matcha (I have this in my pantry) too. It’s awesome with soy milk (green tea latte) or blended with fruit and water for delicious smoothies. Get it in. Drink green tea.
Drinking water is a total must and 64 ounces (or 8 cups of water) is ideal to flush your body, keep you hydrated and ward off hunger.
