Delicious grapes are nature’s candy. This sweet fruit comes in a bunch of different variety are so yummy and fun to eat. They are loaded with vitamin K which contributes to bone health and antioxidants to protect against aging and other ailments. A great snack to eat and try them frozen. They’ll seriously taste just like dessert, no kidding!
Yogurt is one of those tricky foods for me. I have always eaten it growing up but never particularly loved it. Even today, it’s not my favorite but it is sooo good for you. And, there are so many different varieties, packed with more nutrients, protein and other good stuff for you. Try greek yogurt. It’s dense and filling, super creamy and very delicious. It’s a great snack after your fitness routine. Stock up on this stuff.

Broccoli is so good. Eat it raw, eat it cooked, just eat it. It might not be a favorite for a lot of folks but these “little tree” looking veggies will help with digestion, detoxification and more. So many nutrients. Eat broccoli.
Salmon is packed full of omega 3 fatty acids. If you get the choice, opt for wild salmon which is way better and better for you than the farmed salmon counterpart. It’s one of the best fish to try and super tasty. We eat this at home pan seared with honey, garlic and soy. It’s really the only way we eat it now, with lemon. Drool.
Not only will this super fruit help with weight loss, it contains vitamin A, vitamin C and other good stuff to keep you trim and healthy. Get this whenever available in your area.
Packed with tons of water, cucumber is a veggie that you should always have on hand. It’s filled with fiber and helps protect against free radicals.
Almonds keep you full and are packed with fiber. They are delicious and can be used so many ways. Eat these as a snack before or after your workout.
It took me a long time to wrap my head around kale. It was raging in popularity for several years but I never liked the stuff. It wasn’t until I went vegan that I started eating it daily. It’s great to juice as well, packed with iron and antioxidants, it’s a hearty leafy green you will want to consume as often as you can.

Sweet potatoes are yummy and better for you than white potatoes, arguably. Great for digestion and makes a great lunch or dinner, on it’s own. Eat with beans, green veggies and other good for you toppings. Great to boost your energy and keep you full.
